By commissioning me, you are agreeing to my ToS.
I will not be held responsible for any misconception if you do not read my ToS thoroughly.If you are interested in commissioning me, please contact me through my Twitter/emailNo rushed commissions, no NFSW.If I am not your model artist the PSD file for rigging must be prepared in advance (naming and layering must be standardized). You must confirm the PSD file before sending it to me.If the PSD file you provide is not standardized, I might ask you to fix it. I would charge additional fees if I need to fix it myself.If the model has many features to be added, please let me know before hand.There is a limit to the number of revisions at each stage. If the number of revisions exceeds my limit, I will indicate it and might charge additional fees if you still want more revisions.You will only receive the face tracking files (MOC3) when the commission is finished.I recommend you use VTS.All the prices listed on this page are just starting prices. The final price might vary depending on the complexity of the work.I might adjust my price list in the future.

Simple models include:
5 unanimated expression toggles, 3 hand/arm toggles that are unanimated, the legs will stay static, and does not include a pet/extra animation. The only expression animation that will be included is an animated tear loop

Detailed models include:
5 animated expression toggles, 2 unanimated hand toggles or 1 animated hand toggle and 1 hand toggle with complex physics, leg movement for xy body parameters, a pet or if your design doesn't have one an animation of your choice.

The 5 expressions toggles animated or unanimated base if you do not have specific ones are:
Surprise, Tears/Gloom mark/Gloom shadow, Heart eyes/Hearts, Star eyes/Sparkle, Angry face shadow/Angry mark

TOS-Terms of Service

General:

  • By commissioning me you are agreeing to my ToS.

  • I will not be held responsible for any misconception if you do not read my ToS thoroughly.

How to order:

  • You may contact me and commission me through any of my social media accounts, I.e.: Twitter/discord/ Instagram, etc.

  • After contact I the artist and you, the client will exchange emails and all other communications in regard to the commission will take place over email. This is for both parties' protection and documentation.

  • All payments are done in Us dollars

  • Commissions below $50 are payed fully upfront

  • Commissions above $50 can be payed 50% upfront and 50% later but BEFORE sending the final files. Payments is done thru Ko-fi or PayPal

Agreement:

  • I reserve the right to post my commission progress and finished commission work to my social media for advertising and portfolio purposes, with respective credits to the client and/or artists involved.

  • Please contact me beforehand if you want to keep the commission progress and finished commissioned work hidden for some time. (They can only be postponed, I will still upload them according to the discussed time).

  • I reserve the right to withdraw from finishing a commission if problems occur that should make me uncomfortable. In that case, you might be issued a full, partial, or no refund depending on the progress made.

  • Clients can stream or make monetized content using the "commercial-use" commissioned work.

  • Clients needed to include their artist's Social Media or name to credit them.

  • Clients needed to include their Social Media or name to be displayed on my showcase.

  • Clients need to credit me, Sakura Aiko, as your artist on your Social Media or streaming account.

  • Do not use the commissioned work in any blockchain-related technology including NFTs, cryptocurrency, etc.

  • Do not reproduce, redistribute or resell the commissioned work without my permission. Please contact me beforehand if you plan to resell my work.

Workflow:

  • I will discuss the commission details with you & I will make a price estimation based on your demand.

  • After confirming there's no problem with the price, the schedule, and other details about the commission, you would need to pay 50% of the full payment upfront to secure the spot.

  • After receiving the deposit, I will put your commission into my schedule (if there are waiting list). Before starting to work on your commission, I will contact you to confirm the details of the commission again.

  • When working on your commission, I will send you regular updates.

  • After receiving the updates, please feel free to ask for anything changed or edited. You are encouraged to provide feedback during the process to ensure the quality of the final work.

  • After receiving the final update (when the work is almost done), you can make a list of any revisions you want to be made. I will make final revisions accordingly. Once you are happy with the final work, the final 50% of the payment will be due.

  • After receiving the rest of the payment, I will send you the final commission file. If you still want minor revisions after the delivery of the final work, please contact me because they might be free.

  • During the commission process, minor revisions are free (but there is a certain threshold for the number of minor revisions). Major revisions before and after delivering the completed work are not free.

  • Major revisions can be any of the following: change of clothes, additional animations, additional expressions, changing animations, or change of more than 10% of the model's layers.

  • The price for any addition to the model will be discussed.

Loyalty program:

  • Returning clients get 5% off every new order.

  • New clients referred by a my previous customers will get 5% off their first order.
